We started with ECS several years ago when we just had two stores. ECS has allowed our business to grow from 2 stores to 4 stores. They have become wonderful resources for our business in areas we don’t maybe have the best knowledge. At our stores we are always dreaming of what if we started this or implemented this? A lot of times we know what we want to do but need help on how to get there. ECS has helped create the transition and vision to bridge the dream into reality. We trust them and in business is not always something that comes easy. We will continue to grow with ECS as a valuable resource and trusted partner!

I have worked with ECS for several years now and they are fantastic! They are professional, extremely knowledgeable, and have been able to provide solutions for all our IT needs. I am not the most tech savvy person as technology changes in a blink of an eye. There have been many times where ECS techs have received multiple calls from me in one day. Each time they respond as if it was the first time I called. They never rush me and take the time to explain how to resolve my issues. I have had a wonderful history working with ECS. We are a two person operation but our IT needs were very important to the operation of our work. We have been with ECS for over 15 years and they have proved over and over again that they are reliable and knowledgeable about small business IT needs and services. Most recently we had an issue with our email which was extensive and distributing. ECS not only addressed the issue very quickly but were also available for consultation in upgrading our IT security needs.
