I have worked with ECS for several years now and they are fantastic! They are professional, extremely knowledgeable, and have been able to provide solutions for all our IT needs. I am not the most tech savvy person as technology changes in a blink of an eye. There have been many times where ECS techs have received multiple calls from me in one day. Each time they respond as if it was the first time I called. They never rush me and take the time to explain how to resolve my issues. I have had a wonderful history working with ECS. We are a two person operation but our IT needs were very important to the operation of our work.
